Gary Vaynerchuk’s first business book, Crush It!, can be summed up simply: find something you are passionate about and work very hard at doing it superbly. Like Gary himself, the book is always energetic, frequently personal, and occasionally bombastic. With a writing style that mirrors his style in online videos, the book proceeds at often…
As technology has made it easier for employees to seamlessly work from home, a coffee shop, or wherever else they want, businesses are increasingly deciding to go without a physical office. The agency space, in particular, has seen a rise in the number of firms that lack a location where the full team works every…
Fifteen years ago, I co-founded CustomScoop to provide a better media monitoring service. My partners and I were tired of the old-fashioned paper clipping services that would mail news stories sliced from hard copy newspapers every couple of weeks. Chip and Jeff,
Great interview.
Although I am already on LinkedIn, it’s always helpful to hear someone else’s experience and how they use it.
Jeff, I found your 3rd party example very interesting as it pertains to your introducing your government relations firm the Exec. VP. I also lobby on the Hill but the idea to prospect using LinkedIn in the manner that you used it was enlightening. Thanks!
I’ll send both you and Chip an invitation on LinkedIn.
Best,
