Agency owners need someone to talk to.
In addition to the group training and coaching that I offer as part of the Small Agency Growth Alliance, I help agency leaders with 1-on-1 coaching and advising services. I help you need to maximize opportunities and minimize risk.
If you are looking for business and management advice to help you run your agency more effectively and profitably, this may be a good solution. On the other hand, if you want more traditional executive coaching, that’s not what I do, but I would be happy to make recommendations of some who specialize in working with communications leaders.

Our conversations are open and honest. I ask tough questions and share my candid perspective. Sometimes it may be uncomfortable, but it is all designed to help you with the issues you face as an owner, including things like:

Here’s how it works
Each meeting explores timely challenges and opportunities. We review your accomplishments, examine obstacles, question assumptions, and offer an independent perspective. When possible, we conduct the sessions by video call to improve engagement.
As an added benefit, Chip will perform a quarterly financial review. When you close your books for the quarter, you will share your P&L, balance sheet, accounts receivable/payable, and he will review and provide feedback or ask questions via email and/or on the next regularly scheduled call.
All clients have access to unlimited email questions during the course of the engagement, access to exclusive client-only opportunities, and the option to leverage additional services like on-site meeting, remote work sessions, and more.
